[BUG] Activity Log button missing in right side panel in latest version 11.14.0

### Describe the Bug

I upgraded Directus and on the right side panel, there was an activity button displayed but now only the AI icon shows up (taken from inside an item page in a collection):

This button is missing (taken from the [directus docs site](https://directus.io/features/activity-log):

### To Reproduce

- Upgrade to latest Directus version 11.14.0
- Open the right side panel after login in a collection item
- The activity icon is not present like in older versions and replaced with AI icon
