Field Permissions does not have a Copy Raw Value option

### Describe the Bug

Hi. I have realised that Fields in Field Permissions Policies does not have a dropdown where we can select the raw values or add to it. I am not sure if this is a bug or was never implemented. Would be a great addition if it was implemented. TIA.

### To Reproduce

Use docker compose config from Directus docs with v11.8.0 and create a collection with a few fields. Then navigate to Access Policies page and click on the collection name and select Field Permissions. Here it does not have a dropdown next to the Fields section where it should show the copy raw value option.
