Description
This should be updated to reflect MSCL. (and the new *.com domain)
Since almost all of the templates built exceed the default license state it should probably be moved to the top of the CLI under the bunny ASCII.

Research direction
Start in src/lib/constants.ts at the linked line and inspect the CLI text around the bunny ASCII. Update the license from BSL to MSCL, use the new *.com domain, and move the license text above the default license state beneath the ASCII. Done means the CLI displays the revised license information in the requested position.
