Левая панель «Закладки» в pdf -документе содержит список ссылок на разделы документа, которые ведут не на те страницы документа
### What is the expected behavior?
Ссылка в закладках ведёт на ту страницу, которой должна изначально соответствовать
### What do you see instead?
Ссылка ведёт на левую страницу со смещение на 1-2 страницы от требуемой
### Additional information
Вероятнее всего ссылки побились из-за добавления отдельно титульной страницы и содержания
