Description
- navigation elements are not highlighted when focusing from the tab - need to check how it works with screen readers
- add default text/aria label for logo
- drop-down menu elements have no role or state
check what in the navigation can be corrected on our part and what needs to be corrected in [Page Constructor](https://github.com/gravity-ui/page-constructor)
