Inner release failed because we miss required redirects.yaml file on md to md transform
### What is the feature you are proposing to solve the problem?
We fix problem [here](https://github.com/diplodoc-platform/cli/commit/4df705c76c02cdf4dac038a30a171c696435c787#diff-86b7684f8a103b3584f6381fc576ce3e6bd242f3da8032669634cd3ec81f58e6R158), but this should be tested now
