Throwing meta to search page

Throw meta-information to the search page

**Current behavior:**
Currently, a static Title is set on the search page.

**Expected behavior:**
I would like to be able to set a Title and Description for this page, taking into account localization, and also be able to quickly and easily change them.

Start by locating the search page implementation and the code that sets its current static title. Then inspect how page metadata and localization are handled elsewhere in the project. Done means the search page title and description can be changed easily and reflect the appropriate localization.
