User Guide missing contents

The user guide on the documentation page stops at the [getting started section](https://www.parry.rs/docs/user_guide/getting_started). Since the page is a work in progress, would you recommend using the original [Ncollide User Guide](https://www.ncollide.org/) in the meantime? And I assume just replace instances of `ncollide` with `parry`.
