Research direction

Start by reproducing the current workflow: manually switch between SF and ATHENS modes and re-bake for the mid360 mount on go2. Investigate how the mid360 transform is represented and how floor detection after the robot sits down could identify it. Done means establishing a reliable tuning or automatic-detection approach that removes the manual switching and re-baking.
