Description
Have every module statically declare what transforms its going to publish, then have blueprint bukd check that they form a correct tree - no double parents, no two modules publishing the same frame, no dangling trees. Warn loudly on failure explaining the tree's problems with like an ASCII tree or something

Research direction
Start at the blueprint build entry point and inspect how modules are represented. Define where each module declares the transforms it publishes, then determine how the build can detect duplicate parents, duplicate publishers, and dangling trees. Done means failed checks produce prominent diagnostics with a readable tree representation.
