Description
C++ native modules can't read transforms, so anything needing a frame lookup has to round-trip through python or hardcode the transform. Bring tf.get to the C++ module API to match python and rust.

Research direction
Start by locating the existing Python and Rust tf.get implementations and the C++ module API they should match. Confirm how frame lookups and transforms are represented there; done means C++ native modules can perform the equivalent tf.get lookup without a Python round trip or hardcoded transform.
