Description
Rust native modules don't have a subscribe-all function in Rust. Currently (by design) a normal Rust module has fixes In/Out ports, but some modules should be able to subscribe dynamically. The main requirement is subscribing to all topics by blueprint start time, but also could support subscribing to new topics after a blueprint has started.
Example use case of this would be the rerun bridge module.

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start by tracing how Rust native modules declare subscriptions and how blueprint start time is handled. Done means a module can subscribe to all topics at blueprint start, with support for subscribing to topics added afterward if that behavior is implemented, and the rerun bridge can use it.
