Description
Prove one persistent physical agent in simulation and a bounded real-robot canary.
Acceptance
- Freeze robot, site, sensors, mission, safety limits, and baselines first
- Navigate to a package, verify it, pick/carry/place it, operate an elevator or door, and notify the team
- Agent receives live observations and revises behavior at real decision points
- Independent verification covers every physical subgoal and final outcome
- Retain comparable sim and real traces, recovery evidence, and unresolved gaps

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by breaking down the acceptance list into the simulation, real-robot canary, physical subgoals, verification, traces, and recovery evidence, then locate the project entry points for each; done means satisfying every listed criterion with comparable evidence and recorded gaps.
