Compile one real deployment site into the same executable scene contract.
Acceptance
- Support PortalCam or a calibrated 360/fisheye-camera-plus-lidar rig
- Retain raw images, lidar, timestamps, calibration, trajectory, and device identity
- Produce splat appearance and reviewed physical geometry
- Author semantics, movable objects, affordances, and devices

Research direction
Start by locating the PimSim capture and scene-cooking entry points, then review the synced DIM-1387 requirements and the supported PortalCam or calibrated camera-plus-lidar inputs. Done means one deployment site produces the specified scene contract, preserves capture metadata, exposes defects, and turns one real failure into a regression.
