Generate seeded world distributions through the ordinary scene document and compiler.
Acceptance
- Vary topology, assets, clutter, appearance, device state, spawns, goals, and interventions
- Retain generator version, seed, parameters, source assets, ground truth, and solvability

Research direction
Start by locating the ordinary scene document and compiler, then read the existing cooking and validation gates that authored worlds use. Done means generating navigation and manipulation families with the listed variation and retained metadata, passing those gates, and pinning discovered failures as permanent regression cases.
