Description

Turn the working Go2 navigation parity path into a repeatable physical-CI gate.

Acceptance

  • Walk-forward and dynamic-replanning scenarios pass repeatedly
  • Ordinary DimOS mapping, planning, and movement remain unchanged
  • Deterministic reset, fixed seeds, objective completion, and retained traces
  • Failures are categorized as simulator, sensor, transport, mapping, planning, or control
  • A focused CI job runs without camera dependencies

Research direction

Start by tracing the existing Go2 navigation parity path and the PimSim entry point. Use the walk-forward and dynamic-replanning scenarios as the first validation targets, then check the acceptance list for deterministic resets, fixed seeds, retained traces, failure categories, unchanged ordinary DimOS behavior, and a focused camera-independent CI job.
