Description

  • The previous dimos/web/dimos_interface bug was caused by having complex ignore/unignore rules.
  • Things are clearer if we just say $ROOT/dimos is everything that's packaged into the PyPI package.

Research direction

Start by inspecting the repository’s $ROOT/dimos directory and the packaging configuration that determines PyPI contents. Identify non-Python code currently under that directory and determine where it should move, then build or inspect the package to verify that only intended Python code is included and the packaging rules are simpler.
