Dependency on .title class

Thanks for the useful module that helps display an interactive transcript with ableplayer. I note that https://github.com/digitalutsc/ableplayer_extend/blob/main/js/ableplayer_transcript_placement.js#L7 references a `.title` class that may or may not exist on a particular theme. If the `.title` class is not found on the page some features, such as timestamp display, do not function.
