Build a image in a specific project.

#### Description

I want to be able to build a image in a specific project in my team. That requires an addition of project_id to this repo once the client has gotten this pr merged: https://github.com/digitalocean/godo/pull/881

#### Use Case(s)
To be able to isolate VMs and images from already running VMs.
