Example usage of TypeScript support

There is a need to demonstrate the TypeScript ledger bindigns, TypeScript transcoder, and Ganton JSON API v2 all working together. This may take the form of a browser based or node.js server use of these capabilities.

An example use case was 'user onboarding' which qualifies.
