Description
There is a need to demonstrate the TypeScript ledger bindigns, TypeScript transcoder, and Ganton JSON API v2 all working together. This may take the form of a browser based or node.js server use of these capabilities.
An example use case was 'user onboarding' which qualifies.
3.x API docs for Canton JSON API v2 are here https://docs.digitalasset.com/build/references/index.html

Start with the 3.x Canton JSON API v2 documentation linked in the issue and identify how the TypeScript ledger bindings and transcoder are exposed in this repository. Choose and document a browser or Node.js user-onboarding example that exercises all three capabilities; done means the example runs and demonstrates their integration.
