docs could mention that 'target send-receive' must be a subvolume

Description
Although the first example of the laptop says the target may be either a directory or a subvolume, using ssh_filter_btrbk.sh fails if it is not a subvolume (for my case where an external drive is mounted as type btrfs). I suppose the dry run might be able to check too.
