snapshot_dir line has to come before target line. Candidate for docs?

Just have to say I am loving this program. Created an account on arch AUR just to upvote it.

It seems that the snapshot_dir line has to come before the target line in the config. I found this out by accident. Since I coldn't find any mentions of the ordering of the basic options I thought it might be a good addition to the documentation. If there are more details to this (maybe it is in fact that the target line has to come last of the options) maybe someone could clarify?

If it helps I'd write the addition myself.
