feat(providers): add a standalone GMI Cloud provider and fix the misleading Gitlawb (GMI Cloud) label

目前提供者列表中，"Gitlawb Opengateway (GMI Cloud)" 这一条目标签存在误导：其 UI 标签写为「(GMI Cloud)」，但实际跳转/连接的是 Gitlawb Opengateway，与 GMI Cloud 并非同一个服务。这会让用户误以为在配置 GMI Cloud，实则连到了 Gitlawb，造成配置混淆。

## 期望的修复（两项，互相独立）
1. **修正现有条目名称**：将 "Gitlawb Opengateway (GMI Cloud)" 改为 "Gitlawb Opengateway"，移除误导性的「(GMI Cloud)」后缀，使其名称与真实跳转目标一致。
2. **新增独立的 GMI-Cloud 提供者**：新建一个与 Gitlawb 完全独立的 GMI-Cloud 提供者条目，并填入 GMI Cloud 正确的 API 端点与跳转/文档地址。两者应互不耦合，用户可分别配置，不会互相干扰。
