**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I have a background color for a View and it's wrapping into the next page. Currently, it looks off because the background color doesn't bleed into the header and footer.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
Would love for a feature that if optional would allow the color to go over the padded edges while still giving the necessary padding for each page.
