add javadoc to a method in Android/java/doraemonkit/src/main/java/com/didichuxing/doraemonkit/kit/uiperformance/UIPerformanceManager.java

Hi there, when I was reading the code of the function "public void onFragmentDetached(Fragment f)" in Android/java/doraemonkit/src/main/java/com/didichuxing/doraemonkit/kit/uiperformance/UIPerformanceManager.java, I found it has no Javadoc. I would like to contribute by adding “sets up the internal value on the given bus @param f". Can you please check if this is correct? Thanks.
