Journals:

  • Journal of Statistical Software (@dicook)

  • The R Journal (@dicook)

  • Journal of Open Source Software (@dicook)

  • Methods of Ecology and Evolution (@fontikar)

  • Genome Biology (@fontikar)

  • 1-3 examples from each journal

  • Find ones where they have fell short on some of the criteria we listed in README so learners can identify areas of improvement.
