[QA] Request to include datasets in gerbil

Dear all,

It is my pleasure to request the inclusion of an Event-Centric Question Answering Dataset to be used by gerbil. Current datasets are basically entity-centric ones. In contrast, this data is focused on named events. For every query at least one event is involved. There are two versions of the data:

1) The file [eventqa-train-multilingual-eventkg.json.txt](https://github.com/dice-group/gerbil/files/3038913/eventqa-train-multilingual-eventkg.json.txt)
is the version that has [EventKG](http://eventkg.l3s.uni-hannover.de/) as the target Knowledge Graph, where the SPARQL endpoint can be found [here](http://eventkginterface.l3s.uni-hannover.de/sparql). It contains 300 questions.

2) The file [eventqa-train-multilingual-dbpedia.json.txt](https://github.com/dice-group/gerbil/files/3036169/eventqa-train-multilingual-dbpedia.json.txt) is the version of the data with DBpedia as the target KG. This data was constructed by translating the SPARQL queries from EventKG to DBpedia, where possible. It contains 99 questions.
