[QA] SQA systems in GERBIL

I would like to have the https://project-hobbit.eu/challenges/sqa-challenge-eswc-2018/ investigated, whether the partaking systems can be integrated into GERBIL. As systems in HOBBIT do not need to have a webservice, not all SQA systems might be suitable for GERBIL QA.

Determine which participating systems provide the webservice required for GERBIL QA, then assess whether each suitable system can be integrated.
