[QA] Knowledge Base as Input Parameter

For the next major release, we should think about how or if we want to use a parameter KB to state against which KB we execute the SPARQL queries of the system or against which KB we expect answers. This is also a KB version problem.

Start by tracing where the system executes SPARQL queries and where it evaluates expected answers against a knowledge base. Define how a KB parameter and KB version would be selected and propagated, then document the expected behavior for mismatched or unspecified versions.
