We should provide some information about the available data in indexes. It is very helpful for developers/researchers.

Information could be:

- Source data
- website if available
- Approach(es) used to compute embeddings
- DOI if available
- Approach(es) used to compute universal embeddings
- DOI if available
- A note, if the computation will be available in our paper

The issue does not name a file, test, or entry point. Start by locating where available indexes are documented or described, then identify the source website, embedding approaches and DOIs, and paper-availability note for each index. Done means this metadata is presented for the available indexes and unavailable values are marked accordingly.
