Description
Is it possible to create a configuration file to automatically ignore media files instead of manually ignoring them? Additionally, can files larger than 10kb be ignored based on their file size?

Research direction
No file or test is named. Start by finding the existing manual ignore handling and configuration entry points in the JavaScript CLI; confirm the configuration format, which media files qualify, and the 10 KB boundary. Done means both rules automatically exclude matching files.
