Description
A feature request.
Currently, if we don't like the generated commit message we would select "No" in the confirm prompt then rerun oc to generate a new message.
Would be nice and convenient to just press TAB to generate a new one.

Research direction
Start by locating the oc confirm prompt and the flow used after selecting "No". Update that interaction so pressing TAB generates another commit message without rerunning oc, then verify that the new message appears in the prompt.
