[Feature]: Python Fork

Hey,
Just FYI I wanted to give notice I created a very bare bones python fork starter here: https://github.com/ariel-frischer/py-opencommmit.

I needed it for full python dependency purposes and allowing a pythonic interface to use in another python application. Honestly not going to be full-time working on it - this is a huge repo with a relatively large feature set. I have it for anyone that needs basics of commit command working. Having a pythonic interface I feel can help with the largely python based AI-related ecosystem. This is not a real github issue - just did not have a place to post this notice as there is no discussion board. Feel free to close this out at any time for any reason.

P.S. Thanks for building out this repo it is incredibly useful.
