Description
Description
Ollama can be deployed on remote server, so it would be nice to have an option to set Ollama hostname via environment variable
Suggested Solution
In this file: https://github.com/di-sukharev/opencommit/blob/master/src/engine/ollama.ts#L15
read ollama hostname from environment variable instead of hardcoded localhost

Research direction
Start in src/engine/ollama.ts at the hostname handling around line 15. Read how the Ollama connection is configured, then make the hostname come from an environment variable rather than a hardcoded localhost value. Done means deployments can point the Ollama provider at a remote server through that variable.
