Error after generating commit : ERR_TTY_INIT_FAILED

Getting error ERR_TTY_INIT_FAILED when generating commit.

I have same error when using command oc, or using VS Code commit button with git hook set.

Start by reproducing the failure with the oc command and with the VS Code commit button using a Git hook, then inspect the stack trace locations in out/cli.cjs, especially prompt, generateCommitMessageFromGitDiff, and commit. Done means commit generation no longer raises ERR_TTY_INIT_FAILED on Windows 11 in these entry points.
