[feature] Execute Javascript AFTER Changedetection

Hello everyone,

I've seen that now you can "execute javascript" BEFORE changedetection which is very handy for logins and others...Is there any chance to add "execute javascript" AFTER changedetection...this will allow the tool to become even more powerful and basically have it do stuff...like buy items, add items to cart etc
