[feature] "check log" for watches

Would be nice to have a log of time/date, change detected, error if any


Much like the `notification debug log`, it can just show the last 100 lines of the logfile perhaps

Start by locating the existing notification debug log and the code that records watch checks, changes, and errors. Trace how the logfile is exposed, then define the watch log's entries and confirm that the last 100 lines are displayed with time, date, detected change, and any error.
