[feature] Ability to sync list with sitemap.xml

Given a sitemap.xml file

It would be pretty interesting to have the watch list in-sync with that list, this would require some kind of parent/child relationship (extra JSON/sql/txt file?)

so when sitemap.xml change is detected, it will resync that list

super handy for web-agencies that want to keep track of content changes on client websites, security issues etc
