Browser steps: impossible to accept or reject cookies

With the browser steps, I'm unable to click the buttons of the cookie pop-up, it always want to select the elements behind:

I tried to guess the X,Y coordinate but either I got them wrong, or it just doesn't click on the pop-up
Is there another way to do it that I'm missing?

EDIT : the problem is slightly different than I thought. The popp-up visually appears pretty low on the page but the selectable buttons are higher-up:
