Setting to make History page default to “Same/non-changed” being unchecked?

I'm using v0.53.7 right now. Whenever I click on the **History** button of a change detected, it opens the tab with `[x] Same/non-changed` enabled, which usually results in a LOT of extra space to scroll and find the changed section.

I would prefer if the default was like this

I could not find anywhere to configure this. Is it possible?

Start by tracing the History button and the “Same/non-changed” checkbox in the UI, and compare the behavior with issue #3452. Confirm where the default is selected; done means the History view opens with the option unchecked while users can still enable it, with a regression test if the existing test structure supports one.
