[feature] Make the chrome plugin auto configure on any page

I've noticed some users try to 'follow' the API page of the dashboard :/

So maybe the instructions are too complicated or hard to follow (there are only 2 steps)

So better is that it just says to load the dashboard and it will auto-configure "latch" onto the page as the API

The dashboard just needs to have the API key info somewhere as metadata, it doestn need to be hidden under a subpage (can be a comment in the output or whatever)
