[feature] Automatic backup generation

docker: Linuxserver.io version: 0.50.5-ls199

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I would like to automate the backup process for this service.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
It would be great if i could set a time of day/week and have a backup automatically generated into a known folder on the docker volume

**Describe the use-case and give concrete real-world examples**
If for some reason i need to restore the service i can get the latest backup without having to remember to make one ahead of time
