Mouseover date displayed incorrecty in watch history screen (epoch time)

**Describe the bug**
In the main watch screen the mousover on last checked and last changed displays the formated date:


In the watch history screen it displays the epoch time:

Docker

**To Reproduce**

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. In main watch screen hover over 'last checked' or 'last changed' - Date is formatted
2. In the History (Diff) screen hover over a diff (added/removed) - Date is in epoch time

**Expected behavior**
Formatted date should be displayed
