Description
When a 403 is received, would be really nice to automatically skip to the next proxy, the proxy config could have a "price" or "order" number so that you could configure it to use the "cheapest" proxies first (or any preference that is better for you)
maybe also a checkbox to include those proxy's in the skip-retry-list
or a virtual proxy config where you could select your existing proxies into a new "group" which is the skippable proxy choice in "proxy choose" radio list

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named in the issue. Start by locating the proxy configuration and handling for HTTP 403 responses, then clarify whether the intended scope is ordered proxy selection, skip-retry behavior, proxy groups, or all three; done requires an agreed design and tests for the selected behavior.
