[feature] (UI) make watch title be visible even on narrow (mobile) tabs.

Impossible to identiy which tab in browser is which watch (likely cause mobile tabs are very narrow)

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Make edit & history page title be equal to OR begin with watch's title.

No file or test is named. Start by locating the edit and history page title handling, then reproduce the narrow mobile-tab view described in the issue. Done means both page titles equal or begin with the corresponding watch title and remain identifiable in narrow browser tabs.
