Description
**Version and OS**
0.49.0 on termux
** Description:**
It would be useful to have ability to rearrange order of watch groups. Currently they go: "All" "AGroup" "BGroup" "CGroup" (in alphabetical order), but what if "CGroup" is most important one for user?, he would like to have it as "All" "CGroup" "AGroup" "BGroup" but currently can't.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. Start by locating the UI that renders watch-group tabs and currently sorts them alphabetically, then determine how a user-selected order would be stored and verified; done means groups can appear in a chosen order with "All" handled consistently.
