[feature] Visual Selector - choose some text and have an option to trigger if "text was removed"

Often people are selecting some element, which contains text - but its likely that the element AND the text will disappear at some time, when in actual fact they just wanted to know when that text disappeared..

So some option like

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the existing Visual Selector implementation and tracing how its current element-change option is stored and evaluated; done means a user can choose text disappearance separately and the monitor triggers only when that selected text is removed.
