Description
The repository needs to be updated to correctly describe the Python configuration and dependencies. Some of this is commented in the python notebook that can be found in the scripts folder.
The following files need to be updated with the Python version and or module dependencies:

- [ ] pyproject.toml
- [ ] requirements.txt
- [ ] Actions in .github/workflows
