Description

Regarding the installation troubleshooting section of the docs, I found it necessary under Fedora 30 to install python-devel before being able to install python-fsps. I guess that in the same way python-dev is required for installation on Debian systems.

Research direction

Start with the installation troubleshooting section of the documentation and review its platform-specific dependency guidance. Update it to mention the required python-dev dependency for Debian systems, alongside the reported python-devel requirement on Fedora, then verify that the installation instructions clearly cover both cases.
