Support panel link alignment with new EES design

## Describe the bug
Links in the support_panel function for "data guidance" and "tools to access and interrogate the underlying data" are linking to the main EES page for the release following the EES design updates.

## How to reproduce
1. In your shiny app, click the "Support and feedback" section
2. In the "Find more information on the data" section, click the links for either "data guidance (opens in new tab)" or "tools to access and interrogate the underlying data (opens in new tab)"
3. As the links in the support_panel function no longer exist in the new EES design, these links direct to the EES home page rather than the methodology or explore and download data

## Expected behaviour
"data guidance" link I would expect to link to the methodology tab and "tools to access and interrogate the underlying data" I would expect to link to the explore and download data tab in the new EES design.

Find the support_panel function and inspect the links under the "Find more information on the data" section. Reproduce the issue through the Shiny app's "Support and feedback" section, then update the two destinations so data guidance reaches the methodology tab and the data tools link reaches the explore and download data tab.
